How we’ll work together
From discovery sessions to project delivery, here’s what you can expect from your brand and content process:
1. Discovery
Often when it comes to branding or content, you can’t quite put a finger on what it is you need, you just know that something needs to change. This is where I come in.
During your discovery session, I’ll get to know you and your brand, as well as your end goals. I’ll ask why you’re making changes now. I’ll ask what you’ve done previously. Mostly, I’ll seek to understand you and your current pain points. Because no matter how tricky some of my early questions may be, I believe that the time it takes to clarify your goals and expectations will save us both days or weeks of time during the creative process.
Don’t worry. This phase isn’t as daunting as it sounds. We’ll do it over a cup of tea.
2. Audit
The fun bit begins! Once I’ve established exactly what you want to achieve, I’ll start to dig under the hood. Consider this stage an MOT for your brand. I’ll analyse different parts of your business - from your website, to your social media, your brand persona and even your team in relation to your mission and goals.
I’ll identify key areas for improvement and start to gather my findings in a way that is easily digestible for stakeholders, team members and customers alike. Not to mention spotting new opportunities for campaigns and growing your business.
3. Delivery
Now you know the destination, but what about the roadmap? This stage is tailored exclusively to your earlier requirements. I will work closely with key members of your business to help implement your new branding and content marketing strategy. With a clear understanding of where your online business needs to improve I will pitch new ideas, identify quick wins and provide you with fresh creative content on which you can build.
4. Analysis
What does success look like to you? This important question will have been determined in your discovery and brand audit phases. Analysis does and will happen throughout your project, but it’s particularly important after delivery to assess how your changed content and branding meets your goals. Does your business look and feel different now? We will jointly determine whether you have a clear path moving forward and what further work may be needed to turn short-term wins into long-term success.
